1. If you are, say, in Eastwood, go to Kogi Bulgogi and order the Beef Bulgogi.
2. Take a giant lettuce.
3. Put in a scoop of steamed rice and some of the steaming mmm-hmm beef strips to the lettuce. The key here is to put in mind that leaf is to Bulgogi as tortilla is to Fajitas. (You can also put some of the stuff in the appetizer platitos. But we prefer not to. Besides, the Kimchi wasn’t good and the dilis was tooooo good to be eaten alongside something else haha)
